Hello! I am Ray Sanderson, the owner of Shoot2list.  I realized many years ago after searching for hours on Real Estate sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and a few others how poor the photo quality was. Many were just terrible and rarely gave an adequate representation of the home. As a Realtor, Home Builder and House Flipper for many years I used my hobby as a photographer to market all of my properties with beautiful photos and video.  My listing photographs were noticed by colleagues, developers and other Realtors and I started shooting properties for friends and fellow Realtors.  That's how Shoot2list was started.  We average shooting about 700+ properties per year.  Real Estate Photography is a very unique photography niche and it requires special equipment, lens, and knowledge that I have developed over that past 10 years. 

At SHOOT2LIST our photograpers are FAA Part 107 certified to fly drones commercially.  We carry $2 Million in general libility insurance to ensure our clients properties are protected.
