Hello! We’re Ray Sanderson and Colby Sanderson, the owners of Shoot2List Real Estate Photography & Media.

Years ago, after spending hours searching real estate sites like Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com, I noticed something that shocked me—the photo quality was often terrible, and rarely represented the true value of the home. In real estate, photos sell the showing — and great photos attract more buyers. As a Commercial Broker, Realtor, Home Builder, and House Flipper, I knew firsthand how critical presentation is. Using my passion for photography and my experience as a commercial drone pilot, I began marketing all of my properties with professional-quality photos and video.

Before long, other Realtors, developers, and colleagues started noticing. I began photographing properties for friends and fellow agents—and that’s how Shoot2List was born. Today, Shoot2List is recognized as one of Atlanta’s best real estate photography companies.

Colby joined Shoot2List in 2025, bringing a strong sales background along with a lifetime of exposure to the real estate and photography world. Having grown up around the industry, he quickly developed into an outstanding real estate media professional with a sharp eye for composition and detail. When Colby isn’t photographing listings, you’ll often find him behind the camera shooting Home Depot’s College GameDay around the Southeast and automotive photography—experience that translates into high-energy visuals and polished media for every property we capture.

Today, we average 1,000+ properties per year, delivering consistent quality and fast turnaround. Real estate photography is a specialized niche that requires the right equipment, lenses, lighting techniques, and market knowledge—skills we’ve developed and refined over the last 10+ years.

At Shoot2List, our photographers are FAA Part 107 certified to fly drones commercially, and we carry $2 million in general liability insurance to protect our clients and their properties. We also have Supra access, so agents and homeowners do not need to be present during the shoot.
